What kind of factory automation systems and automated equipment can you manufacture?

We manufacture all kinds of equipment, and we excel at assembly machines and inspection machines. We will prepare a quotation after having a meeting to discuss the specifications.

How long does it take for delivery?
A2:
It depends on the equipment scale and specifications, but we usually deliver the machinery we conceptualize, design and manufacture in about 120 days. If you supply us drawings, the delivery time would be about 90 days.

Do you charge for schematic drawings and ideas?

We make proposals free of charge. Feel free to contact us first.
Q4:
Can you manufacture equipment for which design drawings have been prepared?
A4:
Yes, we can.
Based on the drawings you have supplied, we will prepare a proposal for processes from component processing to assembly, wiring, adjustment and installation.
Q5:
Who are the Makers of industrial robots you use?
A5:
We frequently use robots made by Denso, but we have experience also with Yamaha, Fanuc and other Makers.
We offer partial services like robot program correction also. Feel free to let us know your needs.
Q6:
Do we need to witness inspection after completion of equipment?
A6:
Basically, we ask customers to confirm the quality and specifications. Your cooperation is appreciated so that we can prevent problems after delivering the equipment to your site.

Can you indicate the after-sales service and guarantee period you offer?

We promptly repair free of charge any defect attributed to us that occurs within one year from delivery.
Q8:
How do we hold meetings for automated equipment manufactured in China?
A8:
Meetings are basically held in China, but we also meet with the person in charge in Japan, depending on the circumstances. (The outcomes of the meeting are conveyed to our resident agent in China.)

Do you have experience in overseas delivery?
A9:
We have delivered products to North America, Mexico, Europe and Thailand. The percentage of deliveries overseas is expected to rise in a near future.
Affiliated companies of the Shin Nihon Group have been established in Dalian of China, to proactively meet the customers' needs on global business development.

We accept orders for component processing only. We also offer partial services, so do not hesitate to consult us.

We process components, starting from one piece. We excel at high-mix low-volume processing.

Do you provide plating and other surface-treatment services?

We outsource quench-hardening and plating to our partner companies.
